The Company, presently known as iSERA Lifesciences Limited (CIN: L72200TG1993PLC015306), was formerly known as Covidh Technologies Limited and was originally incorporated under the Companies Act, 1956. The registered office of the Company is situated in the State of Maharashtra, and it is now governed by the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
The Company is primarily engaged in software development and IT solutions, including the design, development, customization, testing, and maintenance of software applications and systems. It also offers web-based solutions, data processing, back-office support, and various IT-enabled services.

In addition, the Company provides consultancy and outsourcing services in the field of information technology, including staffing, recruitment, and training in software and related areas. It is also involved in dealing with computer hardware, networking solutions, and data centre management services.

Further, the Company is authorized to undertake infrastructure and real estate development activities, including the construction and development of commercial and residential projects.

The Company may also carry on allied activities such as research, consultancy, project execution, and investments in businesses aligned with its main objects, in accordance with its Memorandum of Association.
The management and affairs of the Company are conducted in accordance with its Articles of Association and the applicable provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.

Brief profile of the Directors

1. Mrs. Jayshree Babulal Jain – Managing Director
Mrs. Jain is the Managing Director of the Company. She provides strategic leadership and oversees overall business operations and growth initiatives. With significant experience in management and administration, she plays a key role in decision-making and corporate governance. She is instrumental in driving long-term vision and stakeholder value.

2. Mr. Jitendra Prabhakara Nene – Executive Director
Mr. Nene serves as an Executive Director of the Company. He is actively involved in the day-to-day operations and execution of business strategies. With expertise in operational management, he contributes to improving efficiency and performance. He supports the Managing Director in achieving organisational objectives.

3. Mr. Mangina Srinivas Rao – Non-Executive Independent Director
